The Sanders Sedona Arizona Vacation House!

Sedona is an amazing little town in Arizona which is filled with the famous "Red Rocks" and a bunch of magic energy vortexes! (Don't ask me; I'm still figuring out what a crystal is)

It is a very popular place to visit, and has excellent hiking, camping, and golfing available.

My grandfather, Ed Sanders, lived in Sedona for over 20 years before passing away on November 2, 1996. He was a great man, and I encourage you to read more about him.

As a tribute to him, the Sanders house is available for rental, and it is a very unique house. The house sleeps 6, has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 2 living rooms and a formal dining room. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has 2 twins, and the living room has a queen pull-out sofabed. Some of the unique features are:

• First of all, it is a solar home! Ed built a number of homes in the Sedona area, and kept this one for himself. It is based on a Solar System that he designed, and operates by gathering hot air throughout the day, then pushing this air under the house where it warms 30 tons of rocks. In the evening, these rocks heat the house.

• Second, Ed loved astronomy and would spend hours staring up at the stars. Since Sedona nights are startlingly clear, they make for an ideal star gazing evening. To this end, we have left some telescopes in the house for guest use.

• Thirdly, it is haunted! Ha, just kidding.
